  • Continue to communicate with the patient ensuring their needs are met
  • Help schedule appointments on the patient’s behalf at trusted medical facilities
  • Review medical reports to ensure that treatment is appropriate and that the patient is making a good recovery
  • Liaise between the patient and employer to ensure a seamless transition back to work
